Apple has seeded iOS 8.4 beta 2 (build number: 12H4086d) for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to registered developers of the iOS developer program.
Apple has also seeded iOS 8.4 public beta 1 to beta testers with the same build number.
Apple had released the first beta version of iOS 8.4 couple of weeks back, on April 13.
iOS 8.4 beta 2 is compatible with the following iOS devices:
- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus

Jailbreakers should avoid upgrading to iOS 8.4 beta as you will not only end up losing the jailbreak, but you will also won’t be able to jailbreak your device. Security expert and hacker, Stefan Essar aka i0n1c, had published a video, which shows that he has managed to jailbreak iOS 8.4 beta 1.
